The Cozy Nest accepts returns of un-washed, un-worn, free of any stains, pet odor & or cigarette odor.

No exceptions. Decision on return is based on The Cozy Nest staff assessment.

Item needs to be received to us within 14 days of shipment to you.

You will receive a store credit that will be available to use at checkout on your next purchase. 

You will have 14 days to use your store credit or it will expire.

Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting customer service within 3 DAYS of delivery.

Due to our inventory changing weekly we do not provide exchanges.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Return shipping is your responsibility.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN IF OUR POLICIES ARE NOT MET.
